Policy for Debtors Unable to Pay Course Fees: Second Bankruptcy Course will provide its instructional course free of charge to debtors meeting the following criteria:
Debtor's family/household has an annual income that is less than or equal to the amount indicated in the right column below.
When calculating the family/household income, please include the income of the Debtor's spouse and/or any dependents living in the household. Second Bankruptcy Course requests household size and income information (W2s, paystubs, or Form 103B) from all wage earners in the debtor’s household during course registration in order to perform an initial determination of debtor’s fee waiver eligibility under this criterion. Submission of household information is voluntary, but debtors who decline to provide it will be deemed eligible to pay for the course.
