Fee Waivers

Policy for Debtors Unable to Pay Course Fees: Second Bankruptcy Course will provide its instructional course free of charge to debtors meeting the following criteria:

For the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia
How many persons are in your family/household? If your family/household annual income is less than or equal to this amount*, you are eligible for a fee waiver.

*For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $8,250 for each additional person.
For Alaska
How many persons are in your family/household? If your family/household annual income is less than or equal to this amount*, you are eligible for a fee waiver.

For Hawaii
